As we move into 2024, our offices in Deddington, Chipping Norton and London are expecting an upturn in confidence in the market.

This is due to the Bank of England stabilising interest rates in the wake of inflation falling and mortgage lenders offering more competitive loans.

We have already seen green shoots appearing and have experience a busier November and December 2023 than many expected. The key factor going into 2024 is for sellers to keep their asking prices realistic and competitive.

Remember it is better to have more than one buyer wanting to purchase your property than no buyer at all.
